How to Bulk Compile Applicants to PDF

1. Login to your portal and search CHRS Recruiting.

2. In your "Jobs" Tile, search for the appropriate requisition and click on the requisition.

3. View applicant listing by clicking on the "View Applicants" tab in the top right-hand corner.

4. Manually select each applicant ...

OR use the "Search" tab to search for candidates in specific statuses.

5. Click on "Select a bulk action." In the drop-down, there's an option to "bulk compile and send."

6. Select the documents you would like to be bulk compiled and sent over. Typically these documents include the application form, cover letter, inclusive excellence statement (if applicable), and the resume. Then select create PDF.

7. Let documents load.

8. Once that is completed, type in the person you would like to send the documents to in the "User:" field. any additional email address would go in the "Other email:" field.

9. Once you're done with that, go ahead and click "Okay" at the bottom of the page and that will send over the documents to the selected email addresses.
