CHRS Quick Hire Extension Process

1. Login to your portal and search CHRS Recruiting.

2. In your "Jobs" Tile, search for the appropriate requisition to be extended and click on the requisition.

3. On the top right corner of the page, there is an icon with 3 dots as shown. Click on the icon ans select "Copy Job"

  • You should now see "New Job" indicated at the top left of the page.

4. Review requisition to ensure information is accurate and make appropriate adjustments listed below:

  • Reason Field - End of Temporary appointment

  • Justification for Position (open field) - Indicate that it is an extension, name of the individual to be extended, campus wide ID if available, new end date, and new hourly rate if applicable.

5. At the bottom of the page, select "FL-Quick Hire" in the Approval Process field and enter in the appropriate approvers.

6. Click submit to complete the process and note the job requisition number that is generated for your reference.
