How Do I Access the Employee Homepage/Employee Self Service?
This article covers how employee can access the Employee Homepage and Employee Self Service in CHRS.
1. Log in to the campus portal.
2. Click on the Employee Homepage icon in the Titan Online widget.
3. Select Fullerton as the campus and then click Login.
Since CHRS is hosted by the Chancellor's Office for all CSU campuses, you will need to specify your campus to complete the login.
- Select Fullerton from the drop-down menu.
- Click Login.
4. You're now viewing the Employee Self Service homepage.

Hello,
I am a new hire for the CSUF writing center. I was wondering why in my Employee Self-Service homepage, I am not able to view my timesheet or input anything into a timesheet. The only thing visible to me on the page is the CSU TAE appt notice, which I am also confused about. I also just processed my new hire packet and I-9 form at the payroll office 2 days ago, so I'm not sure if it is because payroll is still processing my application and maybe I'm not in the system yet or if I need to complete the CSU TAE appt notice first. Please let me know

Hi Anna Marie! It does sometimes take time for Payroll to set up your timesheet in Employee Self Service. All employees should see the CSU TAE appt notice, but if you were hired as a grad assistant or ISA, you can download/acknowledge your appointment through there (https://csuf-erp.screenstepslive.com/m/117407/l/1710711). However, that is not required for timesheet access.
You can check in with your supervisor or department timekeeper to find out when your timesheet will be available and how to handle reporting time worked for any days you are working in October. They may have to reach out to Payroll for assistance.
