CHRS User Interface (PUX) Update Summer 2025

This article contains information on the user interface update (PUX) for CHRS implemented in Summer 2025.

What has changed?

The user interface has changed for several of the Employee Self Service-related menus including CSU Time (reporting absences, reporting time worked, reporting no leave taken) and Personal Details (updating address, emergency contacts, preferred name, etc.).

The main impact you will see is that the navigation menu for these sections has moved to the right side of the screen.

The way you use these screens and features has not changed; it is just the user interface (background, icons, menu location) that have changed.

New Menu Bar buttons

  1. Home button (go back to your default homepage such as Employee Homepage)
  2. Log out button
  3. Add to Favorites button
  4. NavBar (menu navigation) button

Can I switch back to the old user interface/menu style?

Yes. At the bottom of each right menu you will see an option to Switch to Classic View. Click this button to switch your user interface back to the previous version.

Please note that the option to switch to the Classic View will not be available indefinitely.
