Not Authorized (Fullerton Affiliation Error)

There are 3 things to check for:

  1. Is the issue systemwide or user-specific?
  2. Does the user have an account in Curriculog?
  3. Does the user have the security role enabled?

1. Is the issue systemwide or user-specific?

  1. Use a different browser and log in to Curriculog to attempt to replicate the error.
  2. If the error is systemwide, contact [email protected].
  3. If the error is user-specific, move on to the next section.

2. Does the user have an account in Curriculog?

  1. Check the 'Accounts' tab in Curriculog when in Administrator mode. 
  2. If the user has an account and it is marked 'Active', it is likely a security role issue. 
  3. If the user does not have an account, an IT Access Request Form (Campus Solutions) is needed.

3. Does the user have the security role enabled?

  1. With the user's CWID, run the query: PT_SEC_USER_ROLES.
  2. If the user does not have the role, an IT Access Request Form (Campus Solutions) is needed.
