Accessing the Titan Degree Planner

This article covers how faculty, staff, and students can access the Titan Degree Planner (TDP).

NOTE: Faculty and staff need to request access to run TDPs; visit this site to learn more about the Campus Solutions Access Request Form.

1. Log in to the campus portal.

Students can also access the Titan Degree Planner by clicking on the Academic Advising Student app and selecting Titan Degree Audit and Planner (TDA/TDP).

3. Faculty and Staff will need to select a student by clicking Students.

By default, you will be viewing undergraduate students. To switch to viewing graduate students, skip to this step.

3.1. Choose how you want to search for the student:

  1. Search by CWID (Campus-Wide ID)
  2. Search by Name

3.1. Enter the student's CWID and then click Submit.

NOTE: There is no partial matching when searching by name. You must enter a full first name and/or a full last name in order to find students.

3.2. Click the Select icon next to the student.

You may get multiple search results if you search by name so locate the student for whom you want to run a TDA and click the Select icon next to the student.

4. Select Plan.

You're now ready to create and view the Titan Degree Plan!

Want to switch between undergraduate and graduate/post-baccalaureate programs?

1. To switch from undergraduate Titan Degree Planner to graduate Titan Degree Planner (or vice versa), click on the Settings menu and choose Select Career.

  1. Click on the Settings gear icon at the top right.
  2. Then choose Select Career.

2. Select either Undergraduate or Graduate/PBAC. Then click Continue.
