Accessing the Titan Degree Audit and Planner
This article covers how faculty, staff, and students can access the Titan Degree Audit (TDA) and Titan Degree Planner (TDP).
NOTE: Faculty and staff need to request access to run TDAs and TDPs; visit this site to learn more about the Campus Solutions Access Request Form.
1. Log in to the campus portal.
2. Click on the Titan Degree Audit & Planner icon in the Titan Online widget.
Additional ways to access Titan Degree Audit & Planner
Students can click on the Titan Degree Audit & Planner link on their Student Homepage.
Students can also click on the Academic Advising Student app and select Titan Degree Audit and Planner (TDA/TDP).
3. Faculty and Staff will need to select a student by clicking Students.
By default, you will be viewing undergraduate students. View instructions on switching between undergraduate students and graduate/PBAC students.
3.1. Choose how you want to search for the student:
- Search by Student ID (Campus-Wide ID/CWID).
- Search by Name
3.1. Enter the student's Campus-Wide ID (CWID) and then click Submit.
3.1. Enter the student's First Name and/or Last Name. Then click Search.
Partial matches will also come up in the search results (e.g., entering "Rob" in the First Name will show Rob, Robert, Robby, etc.).
3.2. Click the Select icon next to the student.
You may get multiple search results if you search by name so locate the student for whom you want to run a TDA/TDP and click the select icon next to the student.
4. By default you will be viewing the Titan Degree Audit. If you want to view the Titan Degree Planner, click Plans.
Please note that the Titan Degree Planner is not available for graduate and post-baccalaureate students at this time.
1. To switch from undergraduate Titan Degree Audit/Planner to graduate Titan Degree Audit/Planner (or vice versa), click on the Settings menu and choose Select Career.
- Click on the Settings gear icon at the top right.
- Then choose Select Career.
2. Select either Undergraduate or Graduate/PBAC as the Career. Then click Continue.
- Use the Career drop-down menu to select either Undergraduate or Graduate/PBC.
- Then click Continue.
