Completing the Assessment Task for 25Live Access

This article covers how users who are requesting access to 25Live can complete the post-training assessment task to obtain access to 25Live.

This information is a duplicate of the slide at the end of the 25Live required online training class.

You must first email [email protected] to request access to 25Live and complete the required online training before completing the assessment task.

1. Log in to the 25Live testing environment.

Open your web browser to the 25Live testing environment webpage and use your campus portal username/password to sign in.

2. Create and publish an event. You can enter any event information you want, but you must add it to the Calendar - Testing resource.

Want to check that your event was successfully published? You can view your event on the 25Live Campus Calendar for training purposes webpage.

Remember that this is a test/training version of the campus calendar. Publishing your event from the 25Live testing environment will NOT publish the event on the live campus calendar.

3. Send an email to [email protected] with your name and the name of the event that you created and published.

Send an email to [email protected] with your name and the name/date of the event that you created and published. One the 25Live admin has verified your event, they will enable your access to the live 25Live system.
