Using the New Faculty Center
This article covers how faculty access and use the Faculty Center functionality on their Faculty Homepage.
The Faculty Center collects the View My Schedule (My Teaching Schedule), Class Roster, and Grade Roster into a single location within your Faculty Homepage. Until Spring 2027, you can also use the My Schedule, Class Roster, and Grade Roster tiles to access this same functionality.
Navigation
1. Log in to the campus portal and select Faculty Homepage in the Titan Online widget.
Faculty Center Functionality Overview
By default, you will see your teaching schedule/classes for the current semester when you access the Faculty Center. Click on a class to view more details about it.
- Click on View My Schedule if you are not already on the page.
- Click Change Term to view your teaching schedule/classes for a different semester.
- Click on a class section to view more details about it.
- Links to the Class Roster and Grade Roster for each class will be visible; however, the Grade Roster link will not be active until the appropriate time during the semester.
1. Click on Class Roster in the left menu, and then click on the class section whose roster you want to view.
- Click on Class Roster in the left menu.
- Then click on the class section whose roster you want to view.
2. The Class Roster for the class section will appear. Remember to check the checkmarks at the top of the roster to ensure you are viewing all students.

- Use the checkmarks at the top of the roster to filter the student enrollment categories that are showing on the roster. Note that if there are no students in a category (e.g., there are no Waitlisted Students in the example above), you will not be able to place a checkmark next to the category.
- Click Printable Page to create a printer-friendly version of the class roster.
- Click Notify Selected Students after you have selected one or more students on the roster to send an email to those students.
- Use the magnifying glass to search for a specific student on the roster.
- Click Show Class Permissions to view the class permits for the class.
1. Click Grade Roster in the left menu and then select the class section whose grade roster you want to view.
2. You are now viewing the grade roster for the class.
