Creating and Updating an Incomplete Grade Agreement by the Instructor

Note: Once the student acknowledges the incomplete grade agreement, the requirements are locked and cannot be modified by the instructor. This document acts as the official record and single source of truth between the student and instructor.

3. Locate the student on the grade roster and use the Roster Grade drop-down menu to select "I" as the grade.

- Click on the Roster Grade drop-down menu.
- Select I as the grade.
4. Click the Save button above the grade roster to save your changes.
There is also a Save button at the bottom of the grade roster that you can use.
6. First, select the Reason Code that best matches the student's reason for needing an Incomplete Grade Agreement.

Course requirements can include remaining assignments, quizzes, exams, papers, projects, presentations, or other required coursework.
