Using the History Tab

The History tab of the Student Profile provides information on student activity such as Appointments, Alerts, Cases, Reminders, Notes, Appointment Summaries, and Progress Reports.

Getting Started

  1. The To-Do block lists all your active to-dos for the student. You will only be able to see to-dos that you have added for the student—you will not be able to view to-dos placed by others.
  2. Open the Actions menu to clear or delete selected to-do items.
  3. Click Edit to modify the name or due date of the to-do item.
  4. The History block lists recorded interactions and activities that the student has had within your care unit.
  5. Use the View As drop-down menu to view individual sections. The History view shows all activity altogether, while the other views (e.g. Notes, Appointment Summaries, Visits, etc.) will only show you activity of that type.
  6. In History view, you can use the Activity Type drop-down menu filter to view specific activity types (e.g. Appointment, Note Added, Check In, etc.). By default, all activity types are displayed.
  7. Click View Appointment Summary to view the report submitted for that session.
Viewing Notes about a student

You will only be able to view notes that have been added by members of your care unit.

Notes view
  1. Select Notes about [Student Name] from the View As drop-down menu.
  2. Open the Actions menu to add a new note or edit or delete a selected existing note. You will only be able to edit or delete notes that you added—you cannot take action upon notes added by others.
  3. Click View Note to view the note content.
  4. Click View Link to view a link that was added to the note.
Viewing Appointment Summaries for a student

You will only be able to view appointment summaries that have been added by members of your care unit.

Appointment Summaries view
  1. Select Appointment Summaries for [Student Name] from the View As drop-down menu.
  2. Click View Report to open the Appointment Summary window. If you added that Appointment Summary, you can edit or delete it from that window. If someone else added the Appointment Summary, you will only be able to view it. View instructions on editing an Appointment Summary.
