Staff Home Overview

This article shows how staff/faculty can access their Staff Home page in TitanNet and briefly explains the basic functions of Staff Home.

Staff Home is the default landing page for staff/faculty. It allows users to access key tools that enable them to take action on student success-related tasks.

1. Log in to the campus portal. Click the TitanNet icon in the Titan Online widget.

2. TitanNet will open to the Staff Home page.

  1. The Students tab is where users can view a table of their assigned students, view student lists, and take action on their assigned students. View instructions on using the Students tab.
  2. The Appointments tab lists the user's recent and upcoming appointments, as well as any reports filed for those appointments. View instructions on using the Appointments tab.
  3. The My Availability tab is where users can view and set their available times to meet with students. This is also where the user's Personal Availability Link (PAL) is located. View instructions on using the My Availability tab.
  4. The Appointments Queue tab shows tables of students checked in for appointments within a user's care unit and lets users take action to manage these appointments. View instructions on using the Appointments Queue tab.
  5. The Actions box allows a user to issue an alert or change their TitanNet profile photo.
  6. The Quick Links box contains  View instructions on using the Quick Links box.
  7. Appointments made with you will appear in the Upcoming Appointments box.

3. If you have navigated away from Staff Home, you can return by clicking the home icon in the navigation menu on the left side of the page.
