Accessing OnBase
This article covers how to log in to the campus portal and Titan Online to access OnBase, which is a searchable database of scanned documents.
Please note that you must be connected to the campus VPN if you are accessing OnBase from off-campus or while using campus wi-fi. Learn more about connecting to the campus VPN.
Choose what you want to access:
1. Log into the campus portal.
2. Click on the OnBase icon in the Titan Online widget in the portal.

3. You're now in OnBase and can select a query.

There are several screens in PeopleSoft where you may see a Docs button. You can use this button to access documents in OnBase associated with the user.
1. When viewing a user, click on the Docs button.

2. A pop-up OnBase window will appear with all of the documents associated with the user.

The My Graded Class List/SOQ tab on the Faculty Student Success Dashboard now links to OnBase for the SOQ reports.
1. Click on the SOQ Report link next to a class in the Graded Class List Summary section of the My Graded Class List/SOQ tab.
2. The list of SOQ documents for the class will open in a new tab/window.
