Troubleshooting Common Issues with Access Request Forms
This article suggests solutions to problems that are commonly encountered while completing Access Request Forms.
Access Request Forms only function properly in Internet Explorer-Compatibility View or Safari.
Open the form in Internet Explorer and turn on Compatibility View (PC) or in Safari (Mac).
The employee needs to be entered into PeopleSoft.
Contact CMS Security at [email protected] with the employee’s name and CWID. Security personnel will assist you in getting the user added to the system.
CMS Security will require additional information to enter in Associated Students Inc and Auxiliary Services Corporation employees. For ASI and ASC staff, provide the following information to [email protected]:
• Employee Name:
• CSUF Email:
• Start Date:
• Home Address:
• Department ID:
• Appointment Type:
This only applies to the Campus Solutions form.
If more than one security page is completed, the form will error out.
Close the current form and continue by completing a new access request form with only one security tab filled out. Clicking the Go to Security Page button will direct you to the appropriate tab.
