PeopleSoft Access Request Form Process

This guide will go over who and what is involved in the process of requesting CMS Human Resources, Campus Solutions (Student Administration), or Finance functionality via PeopleSoft Access Request Forms.

The access request process requires an active job record in PeopleSoft HR. All contractors, temporary employees, Auxiliary workers, or other non-state employees must contact [email protected] to have a profile created in PeopleSoft HR before a form can be generated. View what information CMS Security needs to set up an employee profile.
