Editing and Resubmitting Coursedog Requests

This guide shows the steps involved in editing requests in Coursedog as well as how request authors can re-approve edited requests.

Note that editing a request after submission will reset the workflow and route the request back to the author to re-approve the edits.

Editing Requests (All Users)

1. Access the request in Coursedog.

2. Click Edit Request.

3. Make the necessary changes on the right panel. Then, click Save Changes.

You can scroll back to the top to review fields changed in the Impact Report.

4. Click Save.

Re-approving Edited Requests (Authors/Initiators)

There is no deadline for the author to submit their re-approval when a request is returned with edits.

1. Access the request in Coursedog.

2. Review the Fields Changed. Select Approve, then click Submit Decision.
