How Do I Access the Student Homepage (Student Center)?

The Student Homepage (formerly Student Center) is your gateway for updating contact information, checking admission status, viewing holds and to-do lists, enrolling in classes, paying fees and charges, checking financial aid status, viewing your unofficial transcript and more.

Claudia

I attended over a decade ago and I need to order official transcripts. Please advise how I can proceed.
I do have my CWID

Camille Johnson

Thank you for your question, Claudia. There are a couple of ways you can go about ordering official transcripts, which you can read about on the CSUF Records Office website at: http://records.fullerton.edu/services/transcripts.php

Arturo Garcia

Hello, I have a question about sending initial official transcripts. I received an email telling me to send these initial transcripts because it appears in my "To-Do List" but for my Student Homepage, this request is not present. Does this mean CSUF has received them and is no longer a part of the "To-Do List." I have no indication whether I have completed the request or not.

Camille Johnson

Hi Arturo! It’s possible that you received a mass email and no longer have to submit transcripts as the item has been removed from your To-Do List. However, please be aware that the team monitoring this article is not affiliated with an office that receives transcripts nor have we seen the email you’re referring to, so we cannot confirm if the transcripts have been received or not. The safest option to check the status of this request would be to get in touch with the office that sent you the email (presumably Admissions). The Admissions Office can be reached via their online contact form at: http://admissions.fullerton.edu/contact.php

I cannot access my student home page. It will not let me view any of the options when I open this page.

Hi Ariana! I'm sorry you're having trouble with the Student Homepage. It may be related to the upgrade that took place this past weekend. Please try to clear your cache and see if that helps with the problem. We have instructions on how to do so at https://csuf-erp.screenstepslive.com/m/70023/l/1550636-clearing-browser-history-cache-and-cookies

If that doesn't work, you can contact the Student Helpdesk. Their contact information is in the Need More Help section of this article.
