Open University: Returning Student Record Update and Term Activation
This article covers how Extension students in the Open University program can update their student profile and request an enrollment appointment window (registration date) for an upcoming term.
Logging In
1. Log in to the campus portal with your personalized username and password.
2. Click on Student Homepage in the Titan Online widget.
Updating Your Profile
1. Click on the Profile button.
2. You're now viewing your profile. Click on a menu option on the left to view or edit information in your profile.
View Preferred Name and Pronouns to learn how to add or update your preferred name and select your preferred pronouns.

Requesting Enrollment Appointment Window for Upcoming Term
1. Click on the Manage Classes button.
2. Select Extension Programs Enrollment in the left menu.
3. Choose Open University as the Program to Enroll. Select the Term you want to register for. Then click Submit.
- Choose Open University as the Program to Enroll.
- Then select the Term you want to register for.
- Click Submit.
4. Click on the Click Here to Complete Update link.
5. Select why you are enrolling through an Extension Program from the drop-down menu. Then click Complete Survey.

6. Review the information provided. Click on the link view the Open University Enrollment Instructions or click on the arrow at the top left to return to the Manage Classes menu.
