Emerlyn Paz Ortiz

I have already paid for my graduation fee but had to change my graduation status. How can I see my receipt for my payment?

Camille Johnson

Hi Emerlyn! You can go to your Student Homepage, then click the Financial Account tile. Then, select Payment History. You can select filter dates to view payments made within that timeframe.

If you're not able to view your payment in the Financial Account tile, you can reach out to Student Business Services to verify receipt at [email protected] or 657-278-2495 or through SBS Live Chat (https://titans.service-now.com/$chat_support.do?queueID=fe03861f4f54e30032af97dd0210c75c).

To whom it may concern,

I am in my fourth year of CSUF and I am trying to apply for graduation but it keeps leaving a message saying that "You have not yet earned enough units towards your degree to be eligible to apply for graduation." and how it is insufficient. I am currently taking four courses this fall 24' semester. What are the reason why this is happening? Thank you

Camille Johnson

Hi Katherine! It sounds like you may not have met the minimum number of units completed to be eligible to apply. In order to apply for graduation, you need to have earned at least 85 units. You can check other criteria to apply for graduation under the "When to Apply for Graduation" at: https://records.fullerton.edu/graduation/

You can meet with an advisor to stay on track of your progress toward graduation. To find your advisor, you can look them up at: https://www.fullerton.edu/academic-advising/find-my-advisor/index.html#box1

As Expected Graduation Term only has 2 options: Spring 2025 & Summer 2025. However, I will finish all my courses in Fall 2025. So which option should I choose?

Camille Johnson

Hi Tracie! It's possible that it's too early to apply for Fall 2025 graduation. You can wait to apply or if you would like to speak with someone for more information, you can reach out to the Graduation Unit at [email protected].

Jillian Carlson

Hi, In my tasks I can not pay for my graduation fee. It shows that I have initiated it but can not pay for it and error message keeps occurring. Please advise... did I already pay for it or do I need to stop by the register and pay for the graduation fee.

Thank you, Jillian

Camille Johnson

Hi Jillian! The team monitoring this article does not have the ability to view your payments and without knowing what the error message says, we can't tell if it's a technical issue. I'd recommend reaching out to Student Business Services ([email protected]) for assistance.
