Student Financial Agreement Activity Guide
This guide will walk you through navigating and completing your Student Financial Agreement Activity Guide located in your Student Center.
Located under your To Do List in the Titan Online Student Center, the activity guide assists you in providing important information. Please review each section and provide any updates to complete the Student Financial Agreement Activity Guide.
You are only allowed to list two addresses:
- Home
Review the Addresses currently on file.
Step 1: (Optional)
If there are no changes, click the Click here if no changes button.
Edit Address(es)
Step 1:
Click on the edit button.
Step 2:
Edit as appropriate.
Click the OK button.
Step 3:
The page will refresh to the Change Address screen.
Click on the Calendar icon to select a date you would like the change to take effect on.
Step 4:
Click the Save button.
Step 5:
Click OK.
Delete Address(es)
Step 1:
Click the delete button that coordinates with the address you want to delete.
Step 2:
Click on the Calendar icon to select a date you would like the change to take effect on.
Step 3:
Click the Delete button.
Step 4:
Click the appropriate button:
- Yes - Delete to complete the deletion OR
- No - Do Not Delete to cancel the deletion
Add a New Address
Step 1:
Click the Add A New Address button.
Step 2:
Enter the new address.
Step 3:
Click the OK button to continue.
Step 4:
Indicate if the address is Home or Mail.
Failure to indicate an Address Type will result in a "select an address type" pop-up.
Click OK to continue and select address type.
Step 5:
Click on the Calendar icon to select a date you would like the change to take effect on.
Step 6:
Click the Save button.
Step 7:
Click the OK button to exit.
Review the information currently listed.
Step 1: (Optional)
If there are no changes, click the Click here if no changes button.
Add a Phone Number
Step 1:
Click the Add a Phone Number button.
Step 2:
Click on the Phone Type caret.
Step 3:
Select the appropriate option.
Step 4:
Enter the Telephone number.
Step 5: (Optional)
Enter the Ext and Country if appropriate.
Step 6: (Optional)
Check the box if it is the Preferred number.
Step 7:
Click the Save button.
Edit Mobile Phone Number
Step 1:
Click on the Update Mobile Phone link.
Delete a Phone Number
Step 1:
Click the Trash Can icon.
Step 2:
Click the appropriate button:
- Yes - Delete to complete the deletion OR
- No - Do Not Delete to cancel the deletion
You can only have 2 emails listed:
- Home
- Student Personalized Email
Review the information currently listed.
Step 1: (Optional)
If there are no changes, click the Click here if no changes button.
Delete an Email Address
Step 1:
Click on the Trash Can icon.
Step 2:
Click the appropriate button:
- Yes - Delete to complete the deletion OR
- No - Do Not Delete to cancel the deletion
Add an Email Address
Step 1:
Click the Add an Email Address button.
Step 2:
Click the Email Type caret.
Step 3:
Select Home or Student Personalized Email as appropriate.
Step 4:
Enter an email address.
Step 5:
Click the Save button.
A message showing the Save was successful will show.
Click OK.
Review the information currently listed.
Step 1: (Optional)
If there are no changes, click the Click here if no changes button.
Add an Emergency Contact
Step 1:
Click the Add an Emergency Contact button.
Step 2:
Enter the Contact Name.
Step 3:
Click the Relationship drop-down caret.
Step 4:
Select the appropriate relationship.
Step 5:
If the Contact's Address is the same address as you, check the box.
Step 6:
To add/edit the address, click the Edit Address link.
Step 7:
Click the Address Type caret.
Select appropriate Address Type.
Step 8:
If the Contact's Phone Number is the same as you, check the box that says Same Phone as Individual.
If not, enter the phone number.
Enter the Extension and Country Code if appropriate.
Step 9: (Optional)
Click on the Add a Phone Number button.
Step 10: (Optional)
Click on the Phone Type drop-down caret.
Step 11: (Optional)
Select the appropriate Phone Type.
Step 12: (Optional)
Enter the phone number.
Step 13: (Optional)
Enter the Extension and Country Code if appropriate.
Step 14:
Click the Save button.
The screen will refresh to show that the Save was successful.
Review the information currently listed.
Step 1:
You may be prompted to authenticate with a Duo Verified Push.
If you do not have an updated version of the Duo Mobile app, you will not receive a Duo Verified Push.
Duo Verified Push is supported on:
- Android 8 or newer, Duo Mobile version 4.16.0
- iOS 13 or newer, Duo Mobile version 4.17.0
Remember you can use Other options to choose another way to authenticate with Duo.
Step 2: (Optional)
If there are no changes, click the Click here if no changes button.
Enroll in Direct Deposit
Step 1:
Select the type of account.
Step 2:
Enter the Routing number.
Click on the What are my Routing and Account Numbers? link for assistance in locating the numbers.
Step 3:
Enter the Account Number in the Account Number field and re-enter it in the Confirm Account Number field.
Step 4:
Read the Terms and Conditions.
Step 5:
Check the box to acknowledge the Terms and Conditions agreement.
Step 6:
Click the Submit button.

After you click the Finish button in the Complete Task section, you will not be able to go back and make adjustments as the link will no longer be available in the Activity To Do section.
To make any adjustments, you will need to go to the appropriate section in your Student Center:
- Address
- Phone Numbers
- Email Addresses
- Emergency Contacts
- Direct Deposit
- Authorize to Release
