Students: Ordering Your Official CSUF Transcript and Other Myhub Features

This article covers how current students and alumni can access Myhub from National Student Clearinghouse in order to access their educational records, including ordering official transcripts.

Accessing Myhub

After you create your account using these steps, you'll be able to access Myhub by clicking on the Student Clearinghouse navigation tile on your Student Homepage (steps 1 & 2 below).

1. Log in to the campus portal and access your Student Homepage.

2. Click on the Student Clearinghouse navigation tile.

3. Scroll down to read the terms and conditions.

4. Place a checkmark next to I have read and agree to the Terms and Condition.

5. Click Next.

6. Click Setup next to a multi-factor authentication method to use with MyHub. Then follow the prompts to set up the authentication.

Setting up this multi-factor authentication method will allow you to access your MyHub even after you graduate from CSU Fullerton.

  2. SMS Authentication will send you a text message with a code on demand.
  3. Email Authentication will send you an email message with a code on demand. NOTE: It is preferred for you to use Google Authenticator or SMS Authentication if possible.

7. Once you have finished setting up one (or more) multi-factor authentication method, click Finish.

After you create your account using these steps, you'll be able to access Myhub by going to the Myhub website and clicking on Login.

3. Choose the login type you want to use: LinkedIn or Google.

You must sign in with either a LinkedIn or Google account. Choose the one that works best for you.

7. Enter your name and indicate if it has changed since attending college.

It is best to enter the exact name that you used when you attended CSU Fullerton so Myhub can locate your specific records.

  3. Enter your last name.
  4. Indicate whether your name (first or last) has changed since you attended college.
  5. Enter your date of birth.
  6. Enter your social security number.
8. Enter your address and phone number. Click Next when you are done.

  7. Then click Next.

Using Myhub

1. On the Myhub dashboard, click on the Self Service card or click on the Self Service icon on the left menu.

2. Click Order Transcript.

3. Review the important information on this page to understand the process for ordering transcripts. Then click Order Transcript(s).

  1. Click Learn How the Process Works to understand how to retrieve your transcripts, payments, and more.
  2. Click Order Transcript(s) to proceed.

4. Verify your Personal Information is correct and complete.

  1. Verify that your First, Middle, and Last Names are correct. These should automatically populate from your Myhub account.
  2. Enter your Date of Birth.
  3. Indicate whether your name has changed since attending school.

5. Indicate your current enrollment status. If you are not currently enrolled, enter the dates when you attended. Then click Continue.

Student Identification Information
  1. Indicate if you are currently enrolled at CSU Fullerton.
  2. If you are not currently enrolled, indicate if you last attended CSU Fullerton prior to 1990.
  3. Enter the year range when you last attended CSU Fullerton.
  4. Then click Continue.

6. Enter your current mailing address. Verify that your email address is correct. Enter your phone number. Indicate if you agree to receive text status updates to your phone number for this transcript order. Then click Continue.

7. Enter the title of the degree(s)/certificate(s) and year it was awarded. Then click Continue.

These fields are optional, but it can be very useful to provide this information so the CSUF Registrar's Office can locate and process your transcript(s).

8. Use the drop-down menu to select to whom you want to send the transcript.

8.1. Enter the Country and State/Territory/APO of the college or university. Then type the name of the school to bring up search results and select the appropriate school. Select the Department to send the transcripts to. Then click Continue.

  4. Click Advanced keyword search to find school if you have issues locating the school.
  5. Select the Department to send the transcripts to.

8.1. Use the drop-down menu to select the organization. Enter the CAS Transcript ID from the transcript request sent to you by the organization's admissions department. Then click Continue.

  3. Enter the CAS Transcript ID from the transcript request sent to you by the organization's admissions department. Click the question mark icon for more details on the CAS Transcript ID.

9. Under Processing Details, the only option for processing is Current Transcript - Process As Is.

10. Choose how you want your transcript sent: electronic or mail.

Note there is a cost involved for electronic delivery.

10.2. Enter the email address where the transcripts should be sent and confirm the email address. Then click Add to Cart.

10.2. Enter the individual to whose attention the transcript should be sent. Select the Recipient Country and then enter the address and phone number. Then click Add to Cart.

10.3. If prompted to use a suggested address formatted to USPS standards, choose the address you want to use.

10.4. Click Add Recipient to add additional recipient addresses, if applicable. Then click Checkout.

Note that if you only ordered one copy of your transcript, any additional recipients will be ignored.

  2. Then click Accept Signature.
  3. Prefer to provide a signed paper copy? Click download a copy of the consent form, fill out the form, and send it to National Student Clearinghouse.

13. Enter your credit card details for the payment. Then click Submit Order.

2. Sign in to your Credly account.

3. Click Accept to allow the connection to your Credly account.

4. You can now click on the Credentials card to access your credentials.

5. Your credentials will show in the Credentials section of My Records.

1. Click on the My Records card on the dashboard or the My Records icon on the left menu.

2. The Enrollment History tab will show your term-by-term enrollment history as reported by CSU Fullerton and other participating institutions. Click on the arrow for a row to view more details and download an enrollment certificate.

3. The Degrees Earned tab is list of your degrees earned from CSU Fullerton and other participating institutions. Click the arrow to view more details about each degree.

Note that up to two degrees per institution will be shown.

4. The Credentials tab is a list of credentials that you have earned/added through Credly or Badgr. Click on the arrow to view details about each credential.

  2. Click on the Sync on button to check the last time Myhub connected to your Credly or Badgr account.
  3. Use the Filter or Search to find a specific credential in the list.
  4. If you have not already connected to your Credly or Badgr account, you will see links to connect to those accounts.

1. Click on the Self Service card on the dashboard or the Self Service icon on the left menu.

2. Under Download an Enrollment Certificate, select a school, and then select the certificate type you want to download.

  2. Then select the certificate type you want to download.

3. Click Download Certificate.

4. Depending on your web browser, the PDF will open in a new tab or be downloaded to your Downloads folder.
