HRDI Forms Guide
This guide is designed to guide you through logging in to the HRDI Forms portal as well as a navigation through the portal tabs and functionality.
1. Log on to the campus portal.
3. Click on Adobe Experience Manger (AEM) Workflow Inbox or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms Portal.
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms Portal will take you to the list of available forms so you can create a new form.
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Workflow Inbox will take you directly to the existing forms that are waiting for your review/approval.
4. Enter your campus username and password. Then click Sign In.
- Enter your campus username and password. This is the same information you use to log on to the campus portal.
- Then click Sign In.
Forms Tabs
Any saved documents that you have not submitted will show in the My Drafts tab.
Note: You will not be able to view drafts saved by other users.
Locate draft:
A) Utilize the search bar
B) Utilize the page buttons for a manual search
Show Saved Form:
Click on the 'eye' icon
Start a new form (with current form data):
Click on the 'plus' icon
Delete:
Click on the 'trash' icon
Viewing Tasks:
You can view the tasks by list view or icon view
For list view, click on the list button
For icon view, click on the icon button
Locate task:
A) Utilize the search bar
B) Utilize the page buttons for a manual search
Open Task:
Check the box that coordinates to the tasks you would like to open
Click the Open button
The page will refresh to show your open document
In the upper right hand corner there are several buttons for your use:
- Submit
- Save
- Delegate
- Exit

I am trying to approve my staff's performance review as they have reviewed and approved, however, I don't see it in my tasks. This is the first time I do reviews so not quite sure the next steps. thank you

Hi Oscar! I would recommend reaching out to [email protected] to see if they can look up the form for you and let you know the next steps. They do have a website (https://hr.fullerton.edu/ler/performance-evaluations.php), but I think since your question is about a specific employee's evaluation, it would be better to reach out to the HRDI Labor and Employee Relations team.

I have a student who has withdrawn but I do not have a form in my AEM inbox.

Hi Kristy! At this point of the semester it's too late to initiate a withdrawal. Did the student confirm that they had submitted a form? It's possible that they applied for a medical withdrawal. I believe medical withdrawals are not routed to the instructor. You can email [email protected] to ask more about the request and whether or not you need to take any action.

Hello, I accidentally submitted two form of major_minor change. I changed my current major Public Relations Communication to Psychology, BA. Plus, Minor in Public Relations Communication. I don't want school to charged me twice for submitting two time $20. The second form where I change my major and add minor is the correct form. I just want to double check it. Thank you.

Hello Moe! The team monitoring this article is not able to view your form submission or advise on the status. Please reach out to the Registrar Service Center at [email protected] for assistance as they are the office that processes major changes. When you email them, please include your CWID so they can easily locate your record.
