Leave of Absence Faculty Guide - Undergraduate (Domestic)
This guide shows how to review and approve the leave of absence AEM form for domestic undergraduate students.

Step 2:
Click My Tasks. Then, select the document that you would like to work on.
- Click My Tasks.
- Click the form that you want to open.
Step 3:
Click the Proceed button to assign the request to yourself.

Step 4: Optional
For viewing ease, click the Task Details link to close the side panel.
Step 5:
Click the Leave of Absence Information tab.
Step 6:
Review the information provided.
Step 7:
Click on the Supporting Documents tab.
Step 8:
Click on the attachment link to view document.
Step 9:
Click on the Signatures tab.
Step 10:
Review any comments in the Comments field.
Step 11: (Optional)
Leave any comments in the Comments field.
Step 12:
When you are ready to submit, click the Submit button.
Step 13:
Leave a comment if necessary. Then, click Confirm.

- (OPTIONAL) Enter a comment in the Comment (optional) field.
- Click Confirm.
Step 14:
Click OK.
