Leave of Absence Faculty Guide - Undergraduate (Domestic)

This guide shows how to review and approve the leave of absence AEM form for domestic undergraduate students.

Step 2:

Select the document, click Open 

Step 3:

Click the Proceed button to assign the request to yourself

For viewing ease, click the Task Details link to close the side panel

Click the Leave of Absence Information tab

Review the information provided

Click on the Supporting Documents tab

Click on the attachment link to view document

Click on the Signatures tab

Review any comments in the Comments field

Leave any comments in the Comments field

Step 12:

When you are ready to submit, click the Submit button

Enter any comments in the Comment (optional) field

Click the Confirm button
