Petition C - Retroactive Change of Unit Value

This guides walks you through submitting a Petition, Type C - Retroactive Change of Unit Value

Step 1:

Log in to the campus portal and select Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms Portal.

Step 2:

Click on the 'Airplane' icon that coordinates to Petitions.

Step 3:

Select the appropriate option.

The page will open to the Student Information tab.

Click the Petition Information tab.

Step 5:

Read the Fee and Decision information provided.

Step 6:

Click the Term Taken drop-down caret.

Step 7:

Select the appropriate option.

Step 8:

Select the appropriate class by checking the coordinating box.

Step 9:

Scroll down to answer the Section 2 question.

Step 10:

Click the Signature and Acknowledgement tab.

Step 11:

Click on the acknowledgement checkbox to 'sign' the document.

Upon checking the box, your Signature and Date will be populated.

Step 12:

Fill in the Expected term of graduation.

Example: Spring 2022

Step 13:

If you would like to leave a comment, you may do so in the Comment (optional) field.

Step 14:

Click the Supporting Documents tab.

Step 15:

To attach a document, click the Attach button.

The attached document will show under the Attach button.

Step 16:

Click the Submit button.

The screen will refresh to show a confirmation window.
