Accessing TitanInsights Reports
This article covers how to access TitanInsights reports.
1. Log on to the campus portal.
2. Click on TitanInsights in the Titan Online widget.
If you do not see the TitanInsights icon in your Titan Online widget, you may not have submitted an Access Request Form to request this access. View instructions on the Access Request Form process.
3. You're now at the TitanInsights home page. Click Shared folders to access dashboards/reports.
- Click on the QuickSight logo to return to this home page.
- Favorites contains the dashboards that you have marked as favorites.
- Recent contains the recent dashboards that you have accessed.
- Click Shared folders to access the dashboards/reports that you have access to.
4. Click on a folder to view the available dashboards/reports.
5. Click on the name of the dashboard you want to access.
- Click on a dashboard name to access the reports on that dashboard.
- Ignore the Drill Reports; these contain detail information that is accessed from reports on the dashboards. So you'll be able to view this information by accessing a report.
6. Click on the dashboard to open it.
