Enrollments Overview

This article contains an overview of the Enrollments dashboard including: important information about the reports and available reports.

Important Information About These Reports

The Enrollment reports allow users to obtain information on class enrollments for each academic year broken down by college/academic group.

  • Academic Year is indicated with a single calendar year, but includes data for all terms within the academic year. For example, the 2022 Academic Year includes Summer 2022, Fall 2022 and Spring 2023.

Available Reports

The following reports are currently available for the Enrollments dashboard:

  • Instructor Load by Academic Group: The Instructor Load by Academic Group report shows the total enrolled students for each college/academic group by academic group. The table shows the total enrolled students for each academic year by college/academic group. Select colleges/academic groups are further broken down into subgroups. Details about the instructor load for each college/academic group can be accessed by selecting a value in the table.
  • Class Enrollment: The Class Enrollment report shows the total enrolled students for each college/academic group by academic year. The chart provides a visual representation of the data. The table shows the total number of enrolled students for the specified academic year for each college/academic group. Select colleges/academic groups are further broken down into subgroups.
