The Print process is intended to allow you to physically print all of the data on a report tab. You can also print to a PDF, but it's better to use the Download to PDF functionality to obtain a PDF of your report.
2. Then select Print.
3. Choose your paper size and paper orientation. Then click Go to Preview.

2. Then select Generate PDF.
3. It may take a few minutes to generate the PDF.
4. You'll see a notification when your PDF is ready. Click Download.
Accidentally closed the notification message? Use the View Files You Recently Downloaded or Exported instructions to access the Export Files section.
5. Depending on your browser settings, you may see the PDF open in your browser or the PDF will be downloaded to your Downloads folder.
You are not able to export an entire report to Excel. You will have to export each section of a report individually.
1. When you hover your mouse over a section, a toolbar will appear. Click on the three dots (Menu Options) icon to see the options to export.
1.1. It can be difficult to tell which sections of a report have data and which are used for layout purposes. You may need to move your mouse around to locate the appropriate menu.
In the example above, clicking on the outlined box shows no menu options. It was necessary to click near the top right of the table itself to access the menu options that allow for exporting the table data.
2. Select either Export to CSV or Export to Excel.
Note that not all sections are capable of being exported. And some sections will only have the Excel CSV export option.
3. It may take a few minutes to generate your file.
4. You'll see a notification when your file is ready. Click on the export button.
5. Then select View exports.
6. Select Click to download to download the file to your computer.
Typically downloaded files are located in your Downloads folder.
Some file downloads and exports must be retrieved from the Export Files section. These steps show you how to access the Export Files section.
2. Then select View exports.
3. Select Click to download to download the file.
