Troubleshooting Common Issues with TitanInsights Reports
This article suggests solutions to problems that are commonly encountered while using the TitanInsights reports.
No data found?
Try resetting the report filters.
This will reset all the filters on all of the reports on the dashboard, not just the report you're currently viewing.
You will need to repeat the steps for all filters. Then, re-enter required filter values and re-run the report.
Resetting all filters on all reports on the dashboard at once is the quicker and more recommended approach but both work. If clearing all dashboard filters doesn't work, you can try resetting them individually.
Try using Incognito Mode
If resetting the report filters doesn't work, then sometimes using a Google Chrome incognito window helps.
Can't see the full table? / No scroll bar?
Google Chrome is the recommended browser for accessing TitanInsights.
If you're already using Google Chrome, you might need to clear your cache. You could also try using Incognito Mode.
