My Graded Class List/SOQ Report
This article covers how faculty can use the My Graded Class List/SOQ report on the Faculty Student Success Dashboard (FSSD).
What does this report show?
The My Graded Class List/SOQ page covers Student Opinion Questionnaires (SOQ) summary information and grade breakdowns by percentage.
1. Log in to the campus portal and access the Faculty Dashboard (FSSD).
Report Overview
By default, you will usually see data for a previous semester.
- Report filters
- Graded Class Summary Table: This table contains a summary of the class(es) you taught along with the enrollment count and GPA breakdown.
- Graded Class Summary Graph: This graph shows the number of students who received each grade for the class(es) you taught.
- Additional details about this report and where to get help.
- A link to the FSSD Bot for assistance with this report.
Report Filter
You can use the filter at the top of the report to view information for different terms.
Learn more about how to use filters in TitanInsights, including how to search for a value you want (e.g., searching for a specific term like Summer 2024).
Filter Descriptions
Filter | Description |
---|---|
Term Desc | The academic term for which you want to view data. |
Graded Class Summary - Table
The table provides a link to the Student Opinion Questionnaire (SOQ) report for your class(es) and detailed information about grades.
You can choose to view the data by Count or by Percent.

SOQ Report | A link to view the Student Opinion Questionnaire (SOQ) reports for the class/section. |
Subject | The course subject of the class. |
Catalog Number | The catalog number of the class. |
Course | The name of the class. |
Max Units | The maximum number of units that students can earn for this class. |
Section | The section number of the class. |
Class Number | The class number of the class. |
Primary Faculty | The primary instructor for the class/section. |
Instructor Name | The instructor for the class/section. |
Enroll Count | The total number of students enrolled in the class/section. |
GPA | The average GPA of the students for the class/section. |
A+ through Other | The number of students who were assigned each grade for the class/section. |
Mean | The average of the student ratings for the class/section. |
SOQ Type | How the SOQ was administered to the students (Online, Paper). |
Deviation | The deviation from the mean of the student ratings for the class/section. High numbers indicate a wide spread of values; low numbers indicate a clustering of the values around the mean. |
Total Reps | The total number of responses received for the class/section. |
A through E | The percentage of students who were assigned each grade for the class/section. |
Access and Download Your SOQ Reports
1. Click on the SOQ Report link next to the class/section that you want to view SOQ data for.
3. The document will open in a new tab/window. Click on the download button to download the document to your computer.
4. To download multiple documents at the same time, select the documents you want to download and then a Download button will appear.
- Place a checkmark next to each document you want to download.
- Or click the checkmark at the top right to select all documents.
- Then click Download.
5. You should find the .zip file in your Downloads folder within a few minutes.
6. Unzip the file to access all of the SOQ documents you chose to download.
Graded Class Summary - Graph
The Grade Class Summary graph shows the number of students who received each grade for each class/section. Hover your mouse over each bar to see the specific count for each class/section.
Legend
The legend on the far right shows you which class/section is represented by each color in the bar graphs.
